Color accuracy

Although I endeavor to represent the truest colors of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colors may vary slightly.


Images used on this website are the property of Mayan Barkai and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction will result in legal proceedings.

As Mayan Barkai owns the copyright of all her images, that also includes sold original drawings. Mayan Barkai has the right to do prints of these original sold images at any time. 


All payments are taken in EURO, and are charged at the current exchange rate.


Our business is small. As Mayan pays a generous amount to ship original purchases via courier all original purchases are final.

Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely) and most cannot be re-sold upon return we do not offer returns at this point so please be mindful of this when choosing the perfect artwork.

However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do inform Mayan by email through the contact page on the website within 24 hours of receiving your artwork and she can attempt to resolve your concerns.

Refunds will only be applicable where Mayan Barkai is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artwork. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Mayan Barkai. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Mayan Barkai within 16 business days of date of delivery. Note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

Handling the Artwork

We work hard to package each order with great care in heavy duty postal tubes so that it arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be care instructions on the front. Make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print.

Damages, lost or stolen Artwork

If your artwork has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement for you at the next available print run. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.

Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit! We are a small business and it is just as upsetting for us to see damaged prints as it is for you to receive them.
